About Me
About Josephine Cookson
BA(Hons), FdA, PGCert. Coach & Mentor
Following on from that, I joined the national institution that is the NHS where I have worked in different areas from Mental Health, Primary Care, NHS Improvements and currently within the executive team of an Acute Hospital. During this journey there were many opportunities to apply my skills and build experience in my coping skill mechanisms as well as resilience and positivity to help others achieve their goals often in very stressful client facing roles.
Life in the corporate sector has shown me how stress can affect people and stop them from fostering and leading a great workforce, due to juggling too many priorities. Stressful and challenging situations will often compromise the individual’s ability to achieve a work life balance. I decided to combine my practical coping experiences with my natural rapport with people in order to help them find solutions that is right for them. Due to having such a varied background my niche is multi-level and as such I am able to support various areas of difficulties.
I have a good and positive disposition and outlook on life and I thoroughly believe that nothing is impossible. Also, that nothing is permanent regardless how difficult it may seem, there is always a way forward.
